There is a problem building clasp (and clingo) on i686 when compiling with clang. For some reason not just
-lpthread
but also-latomic
has to be added to the linker options. I adjusted clasp's cmake file to add the library. Note that the patch adds the libatomic library unconditionally if the clang together with pthreads is used (and the library is found of course). I tried to add it only if really necessary but this resulted in really ugly code.
