Sorry - this needs to follow the same pattern as all the other adapters. See https://github.com/prebid/prebid.github.io/blob/master/dev-docs/bidders/adkernel.md for one example.
- No level 1 headers
- The attribute/values at the top must be Jekyll
- parameters must be in a table as formatted in every other bidder
And we need a link between this documentation PR and the actual code over on https://github.com/prebid/Prebid.js
