Starting from version 6.12.0 the complete prebid.js bundle is included in the npm package and fronted by jsDelivr; this is a search-and-replace across the whole site to use the new URL.

Thanks for the huge change and shifting the asset hosting to an open source platform.

I couldn't find any commit related to this. Was this a change on npmjs.org ?

It's a change in the release process, there's related logic in https://github.com/prebid/prebidjs-releaser but no commit in the Prebid.js main repo.
