Functions for extracting plan id information from json query plans

Adding the following functions for dealing with json query plans:

json_presto_query_plan_ids(json jsonPlan)
json_presto_query_plan_node_children(json jsonPlan, varchar planId)
json_presto_query_plan_scrub(json jsonPlan)

These fill be helpful when searching for patterns in collections of query plans, or when comparing query plans.
