Describe the bug

This doesn't need a repro, you can see it right on the PrimeNG Table site.

Filter the date under the "#filter" section.

Select the "Date" column, enter "9/14/2020".

Select "Date is After".

That means "dates after 9/14/2020".

It remains in the list. It should not.
