The "Edit in StackBlitz" option is missing from all the v18 demos

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to any v18 documentation demo and the "Edit in StackBlitz" option is missing

Expected behavior

Expected to be able to load/test with any v18 demo in a sandbox (like previous versions of the documentation)
