A foundational set of imports from the standard library has always been included in Rudiments, since it was a convenient place for them. But projects before Rudiments could not make use of them, and it became a less and less natural home for them.
They have been moved out into a new module, Proscenium. This PR adds Proscenium, removes the exports from Rudiments, and updates every other import to accommodate this change.
