Sometimes salesforce orgs can have their own custom subdomain, for example
superrealty.my.salesforce.com. If that's the case, the @instance of the client object contains this custom subdomain name instead of the usual 'eu1' or 'ca7'.We would have to check for such custom instance names and add a '.my' in order to make it work.
