This is my attempt at thread safety in ARMS, I might be missing a few files here (such as a lot of the data structures, that's intentional as it's "good enough" as if). I wrote this in 2 sittings one month apart so let me know if I'm missing anything... as I lost my doc tracking what is safe and what is not.
Please test on hardware!
