Tauthy v2

Version 2 is here! 🎉 This release has all the features to make this your daily driver for 2FA on the desktop.

What's Changed

• 🔑 Passwords: set a password, and lock your vault with it
• 🖼️ Icons: choose from over 600 icons for your codes, we're using aegis-icons
• 📷 QR Codes: show a QR code for your codes for easy exporting
• 🇩🇪 Translations: multi-lang is here, the first language implemented is German
• 🔐 Security: tightened Content Security Policy, removed some APIs from allowList

...and a lot of small UI improvments
