pyrax.regions no longer set in 1.8 #371

Previous to 1.8 pyrax.regions was populated after authentication. As of 1.8 it is no longer updated. This change has broken numerous public and private scripts that have historically relied on this.

Confirmed. An interim fix is to use pyrax.identity.regions until I can get this corrected.
