Summary of changes
Based on PR#2051 build_meta documentation (Build system support) is now referenced in the main documentation under the section "Recommended section" right before the "Basic Use"
section.
The "declarative config" part is now correctly pointing to the main doc where metadata
for setup.cfg is explained.
