Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.3.3 Windows 10 1809

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

(type here)

What is the problem

After qBt has run for a while, when I select a file and right-click, the priority option isn't there. When I select multiple files, I can't right-click, period. The entries under the Download Priority column are no longer dropdowns.

The problem goes away after check-marking any (?) file.

What is the expected behavior

Priority can be changed.

Steps to reproduce

I do not know what triggers this. This just happens after I've run qBt for some time.

Extra info(if any)

I'm using the same version of qBittorrent and Windows

I just came across this issue, and here's how I can reproduce it, which I just did 3 times (with the same torrent) as I was troubleshooting the issue:

  1. After loading a new torrent file, set the Priority of all but a few of the content files to be Not Downloaded.
  2. When that torrent finishes downloading those few files and is marked as finished then the Priority submenu disappears from the Content context menu. I tried a Force Recheck but this did not cause the submenu to reappear.

The only way I could get that submenu back was to remove that torrent from the list (without deleting the few downloaded content files) and then re-adding the same torrent back again. The submenu was now there and I could change priorities as needed.

This is probably duplicated by #10994
@github-account1111 can you check if this only happens when all enabled files finished downloading?
@finqq You can click on a checkbox to enable one of the files, then you will be able to change priorities.

Actually yes, it does seem to only happen in that scenario.
