zoneType: unclear meaning

The meaning of element <zoneTypes> is unclear. Its type is just xs:string which makes it unsuitable for automated processing. It cannot be used for display as it lacks language information.

The plural in the name suggests that it is meant as a list or collection which is also not reflected by its type of xs:string.

The type should be refined according to its intended meaning.

This needs documentation as well, someone can tell me, what zoneTypes are used for? What's this?

We keep this, according to the Skype from 07.12. Let's document it properly, what it is an how we want to use it.

Did some research and found the correct english name for this is "building zone"

So let's rename it to "buildingZones"
also added documentation.
