Add IT for PRs

This is testing already a lot of things:

• Maven and Gradle udpate
• create standard project, update, build and check version in pom.xml or gradle.properties
• this is able to check different versions udpates
• we should add new versions to check when new versions arrives

There is update-tests.csv where we can add specific versions tests.

This is a good start, there is everything here to test other scenarios (with specific extensions..., with pre-existing projects, ...).

I also:

• renamed the module unit-tests to tests and excluded it from the release
• switched to 999-SNAPSHOT instead of per version snapshot

We need to investigate why the unit tests are not passing on Windows, I've removed it for now.

I am merging this, it's important to have it for new PRs
