We used to have other repositories but it is counter productive nowadays. Also switch to the Americas mirror. We used to use the EU one as our Azure Pipelines were run in EU but there's a good chance GitHub Actions are run in America.

This was apparently forgotten and it should stabilize the Initial JDK 11 Build downloads.
