The new property is quarkus.package.jar.decompiler.output-dir.

Note this is mostly to align on e.g. quarkus.debug.transformed-classes-dir.

I would have just replaced quarkus.package.jar.decompiler.enabled with quarkus.package.jar.decompiler.output-dir, but, well, backwards compatibility.
