This PR fixes #69 by adding support for reading/writing properties in Booster. All of the power transforms are now readable/writable over the MQTT control interface.

Additionally, a new python script booster_calibrate_power.py is available to read/write the power transforms for a given channel.

There is not yet a README to describe the process as it is not clear exactly how reflected power would be calibrated.
