This PR fixes #87 by adding documentation for getting started with Booster.
It also updates the DFU instructions to use
cargo-binutilsfor generating the binary file for DFU upload. For some reason, the dfuse conversion doesn't seem to be working anymore and it's likely easiest to just use raw binary formats instead.
