Proposed Changes (Optional)
We are super grateful that we are now getting contributions from outside the core team that built this rewritten version. To accommodate this we should have a code of conduct. For now, I suggest we use the latest version (v2.1) of the most popular one (https://www.contributor-covenant.org/).
We can of course adapt this to our specific context and project later. In particular, some of the language is a bit formal.
