Issue Reference
It was a trivial change, so didn't create an issue for it. Only thing was the line in the footer said "Call toll free number 1800 123 1454 for all your health related doubts." whereas it should have been "Call toll free number 1800 123 1454 for all your health related questions." because doubt means lack of belief whereas question means lack of knowledge which is intended in this case.
Summarize
Changed doubts to questions in footer, also capitalized Disaster control unit to Disaster Control Unit.
