[Feature Request] Download Queue

I would like it if there was an option to enable a download queue in rtorrent. I know there are third party scripts and whatnot that can implement this, but I think this is something that would make sense to have in rtorrent itself.

I think dolohow is talking about something different. He's saying that scheduler.max_active.set basically isn't working at all; as soon as you pause one torrent all the torrents start up besides the paused one, disregarding the value entirely. Also, scheduler.max_active.set groups seeding files with downloading files, where I'm talking about having a number set for just downloading files.
