Moves these scripts to
/usr/share/rancher/k3os/scripts/sbin/k3os-upgrade-kernel/sbin/k3os-upgrade-rootfs/sbin/toolboxBumps system-upgrade-controller deployment to v0.2.0. Significantly, this means that nodes that have applied the upgrade successfully will be marked as schedulable.
