Summary
Removes the
/launch-js-devtoolsendpoint fromcli-server-api. This opens the legacy JSC remote debugging endpoint (which we're deprecating in 0.73), and is not currently referenced within React Native or CLI.Note

/debugger-uiendpoint (deprecated in 0.73) is not changed and remains available. We'll be updating our docs to strongly discourage use of this debugging method!Test plan
