Deleting a product image when in admin mode and deleting a product from the cart should require confirmation. Maybe something simple, like switching the delete button to a button that says "Confirm", and switching it back if they don't click within N seconds.

Possibly also add admin settings to turn off the confirmation and instead delete immediately.
