Output Scheduler can be added as follows:
[ReactiveCommand(OutputScheduler = "RxApp.MainThreadScheduler")]
[ReactiveCommand(OutputScheduler = "RxApp.TaskpoolScheduler")]
[ReactiveCommand(OutputScheduler = nameof(_isheduler))] - Must be a ISheduler in the defined class
