I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions run by updating the
pnpm install
command in theDockerfile
. The previous command was failing due to an outdated lockfile. The--no-frozen-lockfile
flag is added to bypass the frozen lockfile check.Summary of Changes
