Expose refresh from infinite query hooks, and add RN FlatList example #4798

This PR:

  • Updates the infinite query hooks to expose refresh
  • Switches the react/infinite-query example to have its own Yarn lockfile, to fix mismatch issues with React types vs the workspace
  • Adds an RN FlatList example
