Hourglass when adding new subject

Description:
When adding a subject from the subject matrix, the mouse-pointer is an hourglass, unless positioned at the input-boxes.

Requirements:
Any version up to 1.2.1

Steps to follow:

1. login
2. the subject matrix
3. click on Add New Subject
4. position the mouse anywhere in the non-gray area, but not above an input

Expected result:
We expect to have a normal/default cursor

Actual result:
We have a hourglass/wait cursor
