As the name suggests, it's a UI which provides an interative feedback form.

features:

• simple and easy design
• animation for the emojis
• allows user to send data to specified email without any backend service
• uses formsubmit.co to send emails

limitations:

• displays the feedback but no storage still added
• no analysis can be performed
• no check on name or email added

note:

• the site currently sends feedback to my mail id, please change the email to get the message at your end.
