Description
The overworld snow weather has been fixed and now fully animates. It also causes snow or hail in battle, depending on what you set the config as.
Apparently there was already a patch to fix this out there, but expansion never applied it for some reason. So hopefully this rectifies that
Also makes overworld fog cause misty terrain with a config, like it does in swsh and bdsp.
