This PR adds the caching configuration, enabling caching for AsciiDoctor goals. Locally, the build with
mvn clean install -Pstaging -f docs -amd -T2Coriginally runs for 1m 28s, executing all the AsciiDoctor goals. With this configuration, the same build runs in 5s if there aren't any changes to the documentation, with all the generated files retrieved from the local cache.This PR relates to issue eclipse-ee4j#25322 and includes the changes from PR #1.
