Fixed a lot of quirks and smothed cpu usage, support for delayed async external data gather like ajax with new triggers. Plugin triggers this events : touchstarted and touchended This version is included in https://github.com/emoncms/emoncms
Allows to use touch for pan / zoom and simulate tap, double tap as mouse clicks so other plugins can work as usual with a touch device.
