Chapter 1 - introduction.

The first sentence is about how we cannot imagine life without internet.. this is NOT why AT3 exist, it's because censorship. The next paragraph phrases this in it's first line. Perhaps make that the first of the introduction.

You can add Iran with ISIS to be very recent. They find stuff on you? You are executed instantly.

Is tribler a platform? MARTIJN: according to the definition, Tribler is not a platform.

"The decentralized nature of the anontunnels makes it a superior alternative to Tor for anonymous file sharing." Really? Why ? How ? What does it do better ? What does it do what Tor does not? MARTIJN: easy to fix when we leave out the word superior?

Bachelor End Project group -> Bachelor thesis group.

Chapter 2 - Prior Work

"In section 2.2, we will discuss a library that allows to run Python code on an Android device: Python for Android. One of the contributers to Python for Android is The Global Square. We will explain what The Global Square exactly is and what their goals are in section 2.6." The first sentence should be deleted, Refactor the second and third.

2.3 Motivation

"Since the Tor-tunnel functionality is written in Python" -> anontunnels are already introduced, so name them anontunnels.

"and a library called Python for Android already exists, it is an even more natural choice to develop it for Android." -> just python for android, it was introduced earlier.

2.4

"The Parallel and Distributed Systems group at Delft University of Technology has implemented a Tor-like protocol in the Python programming language. This protocol is currently used in a beta 6 version of Tribler. In contrast to Tor, it does not use centralized components and is therefor a very scalable and secure way of communicating anonymously." This was already mentioned twice earlier.

2.5

"In this section an overview of Tribler and its components is presented. We describe the new beta version that uses anonymous tunnels in depth." anontunnels, not anonymous tunnels.

"Tribler is a fully decentralized peer-to-peer le sharing platform developed by the Parallel and Distributed Systems group at Delft University of Technology." again that platform, is Tribler a platform? MARTIJN: not a platform

2.5.2

That quote is wrong! No quotation marks, no source! It is literally copy pasted. MARTIJN: there is a reference in the sentence preceding the quote but we can move this cite down. Quotation marks should indeed be added.

2.5.3

"The system is designed in such a way that it is capable of running in a network environment." We should add challenged back again or find a synonym... this is a bad sentence now, with its follow up.

"All communication done by Dispersy uses UDP. Because up to 64% of the internet is behind a NAT," missing quote of either original or repeat dispersy paper.

2.5.4

"Note that Tribler does not use the Tor network, only the Tor-like protocol." THE Tor-like should be a Tor-like or something similar.

2.6.3

"In this section" ? It's a subsubssection... and very small too! MARTIJN: section 2.6.3 should be a section I believe because it's not about the Global Square anymore but our project.

"We think the second options is the most easy." are we lazy? No! You just don't reinvent the wheel! Please.. MARTIJN: indeed refactor it to something like "running the Python code is the most appealing option and is less error-prone than rewriting all the anontunnels code in another language."

Chapter 3 - EAD

The title and content are wrong, missing diagrams etc. Perhaps omit it? Or add and change a lot. MARTIJN: perhaps we can move these sections to different chapters.

3.1.2

"(see also section ??)," missing ref or broken ref.

A.3

"we we are using to classify requirements." requirements -> goals.

"In total, we have 5 sprints." including or excluding this one? Because currently we'll hit 4 at most.

A.3.4

"04-07-14: the end presentation of our project." What about 2014-06-27 ? MARTIJN: 'end' -> 'final' too or is end correct?
