We merged it on Perl-Advent fork, I'm going to close this, feel free to pick commit or diff (we gonna probably make a PR from fork with more changes one day?) 😃 |

Intended to fix perladvent/Perl-Advent#261
HTTPS is not the default because I don't want to break other users that are possibly not https (e.g. I suspect adventplanet is using WWW::AdventCalendar)
