This PR updates the installation instructions after the new C++ refactoring #155 and the new ScenarI/O APIs #158.
The instructions have been moved from the README to the website. We use a multiversion implemenation of sphinx, this will allows us to maintain different per-branch and per-tag documentation. Right now only
develis supported.Since we still don't have a CD pipeline for the website, I already pushed manually these edits. You can already browse them https://robotology.github.io/gym-ignition.
