[ergoCubSN000] Reenable the torso pitch, increases the joints limits of the shoulders pitch and the prevent fingers from overcurrent #537

As per title this PR re-enable the torso pitch, increases the joints limits of the shoulders pitch and the prevent fingers from overcurrent.
This configuration file were required to better perform the Demo we did in the mechanical workshop
