Huey 1.0.1 - Bali

Creating a new patch release before upgrading DuckDB WASM.
This release contains all work since:

Mostly bugfixes.

• clone broken when serving as http did not include hostname
  Some Ui tweaks:
• order datasources
• place local date and iso date derivations directly in folder, outside date fields folder
  New Features:
• filter operators for array types
• row number derivation. This is a special derivation that reports the row number as the rows appear in the datasource
• new derivations iso week, iso year
• map values derivation
• pivot table: hide repeating values option, dittomarks option.
• filter dialog now positionable by dragging
