Resolves #4986

Description

• Removing the "New Product Drive".
• Renaming "All Product Drives" to "Product Drives".
• Modifying user documentation in docs/user_guide/banks/community_product_drives.md to align with the updated UI and navigation.
• Replacing images in the documentation to reflect the updated lhs and navigation paths.
• Modifying user documentation in docs/user_guide/banks/exports.md to align with the navigation.
• No need to update tests in spec/system/navigation_system_spec.rb to reflect these changes since it did not check for those two categories.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Ran system tests (navigation_system_spec.rb) to confirm lhs updates.
• Manually checked the lhs to ensure changes are applied correctly.
• Reviewed documentation for consistency.
