Description

Add a link to the dashboard in the header navigation, it can be an image like the Rucio logo or just text.

Motivation

No response

Change

Add an extra link that redirects to the dashboard

Additional Information

  • The Rucio API needs to be changed.

This issue now also contains other fixes :

  • Change navigation bar to make it use tailwind css
  • Fix links to Rucio and Institute
