local tcp port in an intranet redirect to the internet, then provide service to another comupter in another intranet.

there are 3 executed output will be generated

1. regsrv
2. regcli
3. client

regsrv should be running at a internet server, and provoide connection bridge of regcli and client.

regcli will be running in a comupter who want provoide local port service.

client will be running in a comuputer who want use reglic service.
