Add commonLongestPrefixSearch to search the longest common prefix.
In bert tokenizer, wordpiece model needs to find the longest prefix.
If there is no commonLongestPrefixSearch, we need to use commonPrefixSearch to take out all the matching prefixes, and then traverse to get the maximum value, which will result in wasted performance.
