Bugfix release with the following changes:

  • Fixes several bugs associated with 0 length sequences @joe-angell and @msettles
  • Tags are no longer lost when read2 is discarded @msettles
  • Fixes a bug where counters for bases output was incorrect for 0-length sequences @joe-angell
  • hts_Primers is now more robust and will read multi-fasta input correctly if there is a space at the end of a readID @joe-angell
