Until we find a more consistent way of presenting our installers, I suggest using the README as a redirection page to the various approaches. This serves two purposes:

  1. It fills the information gap left by moving the Cygwin page.
  2. It informs people interested in Sage installers for Windows about the development status and motivates them to help by testing.
