QuarkPHP is a framework written by Sahib J. Leo.

Before all, let me tell you that my english is not good, but I'll do my best.

I'm too bad for explain how and why the framework was made, at the begining I wrote it to fit my own needs, but I think the framework is usefull for other programmers, so feel free to learn and use it.

I'll try to maintain the documentation up to date and easy to read.
