Summary

In the actual process of making beam and solid models with the Cubit workflow, many bugs and improvements were made to actually be able to use these models. Beforehand, only the geometry and some basic meshing was working. In particular, the solid model geometry generation was improved in that each volume uses adjacent volume spanwise splines. The material orientation was improved significantly in speed and accuracy.

…ce line bug that caused material orientation errors for 3D models
…om driving script. Also, model exporting was moved out as well.
…so, added projections so that 1-axis is always in-plane. Before it was not."
… Added reference line based on cross sectional sentroids
…ion. Added cross section centroid capabilities. Bug fix to full_keys_from_substrings.

…ces that the first curve in a surface can be used for material orientation. Updated get_mat_ori_surface based on the first surface in a volume.
…ergable since the cross sections are connected with the same splines; unlike before.
