The changes are actually quite minimal.
I manually verified that the apiserver can query and store clusters using CRD instead of TPR.
If I understand https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/access-kubernetes-api/migrate-third-party-resource/ this correct we just need to delete the TPR definition once this change is deployed.
