Add support for Sauce Connect 5

Sauce Connect 5 has been released in the SauceLabs ecosystem but this package seems to remain on 4.x.
I have already reached out to your support team who asked me to direct the request here.

FYI: Readiness check of Sauce Connect Proxy 5 does not work: #242, which should be a blocker for this

(I am using my own implementation for Node.js client for Sauce Labs after experiencing issues like #241 but now I am blocked by #242 for v5)

@waggledans any timelines when SC v5 is supported in the official saucelabs package? We have a lot of folks using it in WebdriverIO and they are getting deprecation notices as this package doesn't support v5.

@christian-bromann and @samGladson this PR is blocked on the Sauce Connect team to update their REST API with sc5 versions. I submitted a support request to them a while ago. Will check with them and update on the progress

We're working on the SC5 version endpoints right now and will update this plugin when it's ready. We won't be deprecating SC4 until all of the plugins are supported.
