Announcement

A collection of tribal memberships and cosigns which upon matching, let people know about something. That something could be an event (for the first version of the app) or a personal connection (good for dating!) or for sale (watch out craigslist!). It expires after a set amount of time.

Think of an announcement as putting up a bat signal that can only be seen by people in the associated tribes.

For instance, I could announce an event, and say at this event, we plan to play chess, play volleyball, drink beer, and listen to amapiano. Or perhaps for a personal connection, you could say you are looking for someone who plays chess, and volleyball, drinks beer and listens to amapiano. As of Sept 5 '22, I'm thinking for sale may not be a good fit for the app anymore.. I mean, you announce you have an item for sale, and only address it to people who play chess, volleyball, etc? Ehh.. not sure.
