Fix settings theme options incorrect reverting to English #158

A small bug for which I'm not sure if it's worth opening an issue for: After changing theme or locale in settings, the values in the combo box/theme selector revert to English, regardless of the selected locale. They change back to the correct locale after switching to another navigation page and back. Reloading the tab does not help.
